Ya’ know I’m obsessed with the Notorious movie, especially since Big was one of my favorite emcees (for the record, my favorites are KRS, Slick Rick, Biggie, Redman and Jay-Z…not “Euro Jay” but Classic Jay). Anyhoo, I had to post the latest from Diddy about the Notorious movie, which is still managing to make news with all the back and forth drama between the real-life characters. Here’s what Diddy said…the most interesting thing being his Lil’ Kim comments. 

Last night, celebs flocked to Andre Harrell’s house for a celebration dinner in his honor. On the menu: champagne, salmon, diamond waste bands, and American Express Black Cards. Okay, just kidding. Some of the attendees included Mary J. Blige, Jay-Z, Chris Rock, Kevin Liles, Lyor Cohen, etc. Check out more of the photos here.

No, I wasn’t there, but I had to throw up missinfo’s footage of the show at S.O.B.’s last night, where Slaughterhouse (did I spell it right?) did their first live show together. Y’all know you are feeling the whole Rap supergroup thing. 

Am I not allowed to say how not impressed I am by these rhymes, just because of the topic and because we are one day away from inauguration. I need you all to understand how much of a Jay-Z fan I am before I say this. I’m saying, they rewinded the beat like three times for what?? To say that I’m not that impressed with the lyrics is an understatement.

I really don’t know what to think anymore about Kanye and the paparazzi. They are like the yin and the yang, the way they coexist. A match made in heaven. I have to admit, I am someone who validates the paparazzi’s obsession with him. Sometimes I wonder, if he would just walk away and not say anything, would it be the same? Probably not.

P.S. and really…what’s with the KFC and paparazzi. I’m beginning to think it’s a set up.

Happy New Year! Yes, I’m like 16 days late, but I haven’t posted anything about it because I’ve been working! Plus, I like to be fashionably late…

Well, the first thing worth talking about this year, for me at least, is Notorious. I am in full Notorious mode. I have done the interviews, I am finally reading all the books, and will eventually see the movie (maybe today!).
